Refund Policy

At Fairytopia Hair & Beauty, we want our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a hassle-free return policy.

Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, you must notify us within 14 days of receiving the product. We will only accept the hair in its original packaging, unworn, not coloured, unaltered lace and without any damages by the client. It is your responsibility to reinspect the wig before any installation.

How to Initiate a Return
Send us a WhatsApp message at +27645251372 with your reason for return and we will provide you with instructions on how to return the item. Once we receive the product, we will inspect it to ensure that it meets our return policy requirements.
If the product is eligible for a return, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for covering return shipping costs. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return reaches us safely. Fairytopia cannot be held liable for any lost or missing packages while in the courier’s possession.

Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you that we have received your returned item. Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days of receiving the returned item.

Refund Method
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item, please follow the same process as returns.

Damaged or Defective Items
In the unlikely event that you receive the wrong unit or if the product is faulty, please contact our customer care team immediately via WhatsApp at +27 (64) 525-1372. Be sure to include media files as reference for assessment. 
Once our team confirms that the product is faulty, we will gladly accept the return at no additional cost and resolve the issue, provided that the lace or hair itself hasn’t been tampered with or damaged by the client.
